Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (CNM3)

FRS Recruitment is seeking a CNM3 to lead and coordinate clinical services for the Mobile Vaccination Programme in the Mid West. You will ensure safe vaccination delivery, provide clinical supervision, and implement HSE policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical activities and supervise staff across all aspects of vaccination
• Ensure safe administration, observation, and follow-up care for service users
• Develop and maintain clinical procedures in line with HSE guidelines
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Registered in the General Division of NMBI (or eligible)
• Minimum 5 years post-registration experience
• Annual registration confirmed via Patient Safety Assurance Certificate (PSAC)
• Full Irish driving licence and access to a car
• Completion of HSE compliance process
