Role Overview
The Junior/ Graduate Site Manager will support the management of construction and installation projects, ensuring that sites are operated safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience and develop a long-term career within a progressive international company.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in day-to-day site operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support project planning, coordination, and supervision of installation works.
- Monitor site performance and costs to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and communications.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Work closely with senior site and project managers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Degree or qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive and enthusiastic about learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full, clean Irish driver’s licence.
