Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and financial aspects of construction projects in both residential and commercial sectors.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for residential and commercial construction projects.

Conduct material take-offs, quantity measurements, and cost analysis.
Manage procurement, negotiate contracts, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project expenditures and track variations to ensure cost control.
Assess and approve contractor valuations, claims, and payments.
Conduct risk assessments and provide cost-saving solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, contracts, and legal requirements.
Prepare reports, financial statements, and progress evaluations.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in quantity surveying within residential and commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, contracts, and cost control techniques.
Proficiency in cost estimating software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
