Business Support Administrator (Ireland)

Part-time (3 days p/w) Office based in Cahir, Co Tipperary

The role requires a high standard of accounts administration, efficient and effective time management, ability to complete tasks on time & autonomously, an initiative-taking approach, ownership of monthly financials and reporting, working remotely, a desire to understand the LIC Europe Business and its strategy while supporting the team.
  • Your Key Focus
  1. Providing accurate timely processing of the business' administration needs, including daily, weekly, and monthly functions and support as required.
  2. Ensuring all administration is prepared, processed, completed and filed. Documented robust systems are recorded as per best practice while continuing to investigate if improvements can be implemented.
  3. Providing monthly financial and performance reporting to the Business Support Manager to agreed timelines.
  4. Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and provision of monthly financial reporting.
  5. Support initiatives undertaken by LIC Europe and supporting its strategy for growth.
  • Your Key Skills & Experience
  1. Demonstrated experience, to a high standard of accounts administration.
  2. Experience with SAP - Business One, (preferred), Dropbox for Business (preferred).
  3. Efficient and effective time management and communication.
  4. The ability to multi-task while ensuring deadlines are met.
  5. Ability to work autonomously.
  6. Specific skills with managing sales ledgers, purchase ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, inventory management, excel (intermediate level), electronic/cloud-based systems.
You are part of the International Group and report to the Business Support Manager. As a member of the LIC Europe team you will have support from the Business Support Administrator (UK).
Job Type: Part-time, Salary: €18,000 per year (Neg) Days: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday (third day Neg)
Experience: Administration: 3 years +
