We are seeking an experienced Dairy Farm Assistant for a full-time role at our family farm in Mooncoin Co. Kilkenny.

Key Responsibilities: Milking cows efficiently.

Monitoring animal health, detecting signs of sickness.
Following biosecurity and hygiene protocols to ensure animal welfare and milk quality
Feeding, watering, and managing the nutrition of dairy cattle
Operating and maintaining farm machinery.

Assisting in calving, calf rearing, and general herd management.

Requirements: Previous experience and background in livestock/dairy industry necessary.

Understanding of cow health and welfare.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to communicate in English.

Offer: Annual renumeration of €34,000.00 for a 39-hour work week.
