About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across the full finance function and contribute to strategic business decisions.

You’ll be involved in everything from day-to-day financial operations to high-level reporting and contract analysis. If you're ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a business that values initiative and development, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily finance operations including bank reconciliations and purchase invoice processing
• Assist in month-end close and preparation of financial reports for senior leadership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Contribute to the review and analysis of multi-year, multi-million euro contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth
• Continuously improve processes and controls within the finance function

Requirements:

• Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business
