We are looking for the dedicated face of Compass Education to Ireland’s Education & Training Boards (ETBs). In this high-impact role, you’ll build trusted relationships across the ETB sector, steer SMIS-related procurement engagement, and ensure our solutions are delivered in ways that meet ETB needs while positioning Compass as a long-term, credible partner in Irish education.
Requirements
What you’ll do
Strategic engagement- Act as Compass’ primary liaison with ETB leadership teams, procurement offices, and ICT staff.
- Proactively create touchpoints via ETBI, sector conferences, working groups, and policy forums.
- Represent Compass as a sector thought leader, sharing relevant insights, case studies, and innovations.
- Partner with sales and bid teams on tenders, aligning proposals to ETB needs, policies, and priorities.
- Provide sector intelligence on competitor positioning, decision-making structures, and procurement processes.
- Support presentations and pitches, serving as a credible, trusted face of Compass to ETB panels.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation to meet ETB-specific delivery requirements.
- Help establish pilot projects, case studies, and reference sites within the ETB sector.
- Gather structured feedback from ETBs to inform product development and service improvements.
- Act as Compass’ subject matter expert for the ETB sector, regularly briefing colleagues.
- Build internal playbooks and templates to strengthen Compass’ effectiveness with ETBs over time.
