Mechanical Engineer – Production Engineering | Co. Limerick
We’re working with a well-established engineering solutions provider to recruit an experienced Mechanical Engineer for their Production Engineering team in Co. Limerick. This is a technically focused role with a mix of customer interaction, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver cost-effective technical engineering solutions in collaboration with customers.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project stages.
- Maintain accurate records of all processes and ensure compliance with specifications.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in a similar engineering environment.
- Degree (Level 8 or higher) in Mechanical, Precision or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong technical drawing interpretation skills essential.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D modelling software.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability in a mechanical design context.
- Account ownership and business development experience is an advantage.
