Bookkeeper – Dublin 20
Join a team and work for a not-for-profit organisation and are currently looking for a Full-Time bookkeeper with strong experience using Sage and a proven track record. The role is an exciting opportunity with a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extending.
Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 (DOE) – 12-month Contract – Hybrid after training – 40 hours per week
The Role:
Monthly, Quarterly and Half Year invoices for HSE and fund-based contacts.Payroll Preparation up to and including payment.
Expenses and reconciliation including reporting on income received.
Process improvements.
Bank reconciliation.
Streamline financial operations and ensure efficiencies.
Adhoc administration and bookkeeping duties.
Experience:
Bookkeeping / relevant qualification.Bookkeeping experience using Sage.
Work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skillsProficient using IT systems.
Ability to organise and prioritise.
