Cpl Recruitment is partnering with an innovative and fast-growing company to hire a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you’ll design, build, and deliver world-class software solutions, lead technical projects, and work across the full stack to create scalable, high-performance applications.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and shape the future of the company’s technology.
What You’ll Do- Take ownership of end-to-end software project delivery, from concept to deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets high standards.
- Design robust architectures and implement effective testing frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold best practices in coding standards.
- Automate workflows and optimise system performance.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to build innovative features.
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong computer science fundamentals (OOP, algorithms, data structures).
- Proven experience leading technical projects or mentoring teams.
- Hands-on expertise with JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python.
- Experience with Firebase, Express, AWS, GCP, OpenAI, CircleCI.
- Solid knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI/LLMs.
- Eligibility: Minimum Stamp 4 visa required.
