Agri Business Development Manager (Limerick)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and capable Agri Business Development Manager to take full ownership of a rapidly growing Agri product range across counties Tipperary, Waterford, Limerick, Clare, and North Kerry. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about agriculture, project management, and business development to lead and grow a product already gaining strong traction with contractors and farmers.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the continued development and growth of our client’s product range across the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agri contractors, tillage farmers, and grassland producers.
- Promote the product range’s technical and environmental benefits to new and existing customers.
- Coordinate supply, logistics, and account management for customers in collaboration with the internal team.
- Work closely with your Senior Manager and technical support teams.
- Deliver product demonstrations and provide practical guidance to users.
- Manage ongoing development initiatives and contribute to overall strategy for regional growth.
- Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
- Strong agricultural background – tillage, livestock, or both.
- Third-level qualification in Agriculture or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in agri machinery and fertiliser application is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ambition.
- Willingness to travel regionally and work directly with farmers and contractors.
- Competent in using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, GPS tech understanding a plus).
