Site Lead (Store-Based) – Co. Cavan

We are looking for a Site Lead to manage a busy store on-site in County Cavan. This is a full-time, permanent role that includes leading a small team, working closely with clients, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. If you have experience in procurement or administration, enjoy working with people, and are confident using systems like SAP or Oracle, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Type: Permanent Role

Salary: €45,000 per year

Main Responsibilities:

Make sure Health & Safety rules are followed in the store
Manage a small team and support them in their daily tasks
Work with engineers and client staff on-site
Lead weekly meetings and help with reports
Handle daily store tasks like stock checks and ordering supplies
Prepare quotes for clients and follow up on purchase orders
Create and manage sales and purchase orders
Match orders, send out invoices, and track deliveries
Let clients know about any delays or issues with their orders
Keep records up to date with daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Meet deadlines and make sure all information is correct

Help with planning duties and other admin tasks as needed

Requirements:

Experience in procurement or store/admin work
Experience in Food, Beverage, or Pharma is a plus
Must know how to use ERP systems (like SAP, Maximo, or Oracle)
Great at organising tasks and managing time
Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable dealing with clients and suppliers
Good computer skills, especially with Excel
Fluent in English
