Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
A CE vacancy has become available at Gabriel Lodge in Ahiohill.Bus Driver Role along with general Maintenance duties at the centre, inside and out.
- Provide a collect and drop off service for clients and staff of Coolmine West Cork & Gabriel Lodge to day outings and to and from appointments in Cork city and county.
- Maintain high standard of cleanliness on the bus, in line with COVID19 protocols.
- Complete and fill in a Bus Inspection form on every use of the bus.
- Inform management of any faults or defects arising.
- Ensure that the First Aid kit and Fire Extinguisher are kept stocked and in working order.
- Safeguard the safety and wellbeing of both clients and staff on the bus at all times.
- Reports to Coolmine Team Leader in West Cork.
- Clean driving licence required.
- Previous driving experience desirable.
