A reputable central Dublin law firm situated in a supremely accessible part of the city is currently seeking to add a motivated and hard-working Legal Administrator to their expanding team.
As an important junior member of this legal organization, you will play a pivotal role in attending to clients in the areas of litigation, debt recovery, property law and commercial matters. Our client’s team is committed to providing exceptional legal services, tailored to the unique needs of their clients.
Salary: €25,000-€27,000k DOEHours: 9am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Central Dublin
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Legal Administrator you will be responsible for managing a high-volume of administrative tasks including:
Collection, distribution and scanning of incoming postLogging, franking and dispatching outgoing post
Logging of incoming and outgoing deeds or files
Creating and maintaining accurate and organised physical and electronic files
Copying, Scanning and Printing
Archiving completed files when required.
Maintaining stock and inventory levels of office equipment and stationery
Assisting all teams in the office with general ad-hoc duties
Providing cover to Reception staff during breaks, annual leave or sick leave.
Candidate Characteristics
Demonstrable experience of dealing with high-volume administrative work in a high-pressure, corporate environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language
A desire to take on a fast-paced administration role
Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
