Join the House of CB team as a Dual Site Concession Manager in our Arnotts Dublin and Brown Thomas, Dundrum concession and become a key player in an evolving global fashion phenomenon.

What You’ll Do:Through inspiring and commercially focused leadership, the Concession Manager will motivate and develop the team to create a memorable and inclusive customer experience which drives overall store performance. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail team, as well as ensuring a high level of compliance.
You will monitor the performance of product and proactively propose action plans to reach and exceed targets. Through strong communication and vision, you will onboard positive brand ambassadors, retain talent and maintain a positive work environment which champions teamwork and individual development.
- Responsible for all profit and loss within both locations.
- Accountable for ensuring both sites are compliant in all areas such as safety, merchandising and standards.
- Commercially manage both concession inventories.
- Exercise outstanding leadership qualities to promote a commercial working environment that encourages teamwork, organisation, and productivity.
- Complete monthly concession audits.
- Interpret sales reports to monitor store performance by focusing on sales figures, targets and KPI’s.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Work creatively and commercially to introduce innovative ideas which will increase performance.
- Maintain brand partner relationships as well as liaise regularly with Senior Management to agree measurable operational changes to help drive sales and profitability.
- Action commercial feedback outlined by Senior Management.
- Recruit, interview, hire and induct an inclusive and diverse team in both locations.
- Manage, inform, delegate, and oversee the team.
- Follow and enforce all Health & Safety guidance to promote a safe working environment.
- Always adhere to and enforce Company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee contract and handbook.
- Promote, execute, and train the team about House Rules and Service Expectations.

- Positively represent House of CB by acting as a brand ambassador.
Who We Are Looking For: Bachelor degree desirable.
A proven track record of retail management and leadership experience.A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and dedicated to exceeding expectations.
Strong communication skills to effectively lead, motivate and retain talent.
Flexibility in working hours with weekend availability to accommodate our dynamic environment.
Holds a proactive mindset and uses initiative.
