Healthcare Client Co-Ordinator
Here at Osborne, we are working with a large well-established family run home care organisation who are looking for a Client Care Co-ordinator to work with them to deliver a person-centred empathic approach to homecare services.As a client co-ordinator you will be ensuring clients receive high-quality care by coordinating services, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with clients, care teams, and healthcare professionals. The client co-ordinator also maintains accurate records, handle enquiries, and may assist with administrative tasks.
We are looking to speak with candidates who have worked as healthcare workers or schedulers with a background in Homecare, Community care, or elder care.This a busy role that will require experience in healthcare delivery and an ability build relationships with clients and care workers. You will enjoy working in a busy and deadline driven environment. Above all, a desire to deliver excellent healthcare services in the community is the most important requirement for this role.
For You:
Locations: KildareSalary: €30,000+
Hours: 35-40 hours per week (5 over 7 days) Weekend work
Responsibilities:
Schedule and adjust client care coverage.Communicate with clients, families, care teams, and healthcare professionals.
Handle client inquiries and provide support.
Keep records and care plans accurate and up to date.
Monitor care quality to ensure high standards.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reports.
Essential Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.Skilled at managing multiple tasks, prioritising workloads, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Capable of assessing situations quickly and implementing practical solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Experience supporting individuals in care and working within healthcare environments.
