Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support clients with mobility and safe movement around the home.
Help with meal preparation and assistance with eating and drinking if required.
Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Remind or assist clients with prescribed medication in line with company policies.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, or community events.
Monitor clients' wellbeing and report any concerns or changes in condition.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Follow health and safety procedures, safeguarding policies, and confidentiality requirements
