Requirements
Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising/sales (door-to-door, street fundraising, or events).
A full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Ideally based in a city centre for easy team collection and drop-off.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with a results-driven mindset.
A passion for making a difference and engaging with the public.

Benefits- Location: Nationwide
- Salary: €30,000 base + €12,000 performance bonus (uncapped earning potential)+ fuel card
- Additional Perks: €7 daily lunch allowance (€1,750+ per year)
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (6-month fast-track to Team Leader)
- Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): €43,750+ per year, with no limit on overachievement
