PE Global is seeking an Extruder Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining an extruder machine, which is used to shape and form plastic or rubber products. This includes monitoring the machine’s performance, making adjustments, and performing regular maintenance and repairs.The operator must also ensure the product meets quality standards and adhere to safety protocols.
Role Purpose
The purpose of an Extruder Operator is to safely and accurately operate an extrusion machine in a manufacturing environment to produce high-quality products in a timely and efficient manner. The Extruder Operator is responsible for ensuring that the material is fed into the machine correctly and that the finished product meets the company’s specifications.The Extruder Operator must also monitor the machine and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and product quality. In addition, the Extruder Operator must maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow all safety procedures at all times.
Extruder Operator Summary
The Extruder Operator is responsible for operating extrusion equipment in a safe and efficient manner in order to manufacture products in accordance with customer specifications. The Operator is responsible for the setup of the equipment, monitoring the process, making adjustments and corrections as needed, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.The Operator must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, as well as use basic math skills and problem-solving. The Operator must also be able to work independently and maintain a clean and organized work area. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Extruder Operator Duties- Set up and operate extrusion machinery
