Snagger for Fermoy - Limerick

We are looking for a snagger with a carpentry background to help on a new housing development in Fermoy area.

You have to have own tools and a keen eye for detail .You must have your own power and hand tools and transport. Be tasty adhere to the chain of command. Safe pass and manual handling have to be up to date.

Inspect construction projects to identify defects, issues, and discrepancies in workmanship and materials.

Create and maintain a snagging list, detailing all identified issues and defects.

Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely rectification of identified problems.

Conduct re-inspections to verify that issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Communicate with project managers and contractors to ensure smooth project completion.

Maintain accurate documentation of snagging activities and resolutions.

Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.

Detail-oriented with the ability to identify even minor defects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
