Dutch Accounts Payable Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a Dutch speaking Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Accounts Payable team of a multinational construction company. The role will be based in Head Office and reporting to the Head of Management Accounting.
Responsibilities:
Suppliers Invoices- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare batches of invoices for data entry.
- Cost invoices for payment.
- Process backup reports after data entry.
- Reconcile Creditors Accounts.
- Verify that receipts and claims comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee records.
- Receive and verify subcontractor certificates.
- Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
- Provide cover for leave.
Experience:
Required- Fluent Dutch speaker
- Previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable or Administration function
- Experience using relevant accounting software packages
Qualifications:
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Focus on maintaining accurate data and achievement of deadlines
- Good interpersonal communication skills and able to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
- Able to work as an effective team member
- Able to produce consistently accurate results
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
- Keen to learn and develop.
