Our client, a global leader in professional services, is seeking a Qualified Accountant to join as a Global Compliance & Reporting Assistant Manager within their Financial Accounting and Advisory Services department. In this role, you will partner with multinational and publicly listed organisations, working as part of a highly motivated team of professionals focused on delivering practical solutions across financial reporting, transactions, and business processes.

You will play a key role in providing high-quality advice and services, helping clients navigate complex reporting requirements while supporting their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and work with key clients across multiple international jurisdictions, including EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
  • Prepare Financial Statements and ensure assignments are delivered within agreed budgets and time-frames.
  • Support the maintenance and development of key client relationships.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of project plans.
  • Manage, motivate, and lead teams on assignment, with responsibility for staff development and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional engagements.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by supporting the development of insights, articles, or presentations on emerging financial reporting and audit topics.
Key Requirements
  • Experience working with multinational and publicly listed clients, gained in either industry or practice.
  • Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, with a genuine interest in financial reporting developments.
  • Strong technical skills in financial reporting, with the ability to apply these in complex, real-world scenarios.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
