Data Annotator Specialist - German Speaker New

A leading global technology company is seeking a Data Annotator Specialist to support the development of advanced language models. In this role, you will help improve AI systems by creating, evaluating, and refining question-and-answer pairs across a variety of knowledge domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately annotate data according to detailed guidelines.
- Evaluate the quality of existing data and AI-generated content.
- Develop and maintain annotation standards and procedures.
- Conduct research to ensure high-quality, contextually accurate annotations.
- Provide feedback to improve annotation processes and tools.
- Identify patterns and insights from annotated data.
- Research and define new content categories and classification strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent German language skills and knowledge of market events.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Ability to work with large datasets and follow complex guidelines.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Additional Information:
Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week, mon-fri
