Osborne is partnering with a leading label printing company in Dublin to recruit a Production Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a background in printing or manufacturing to oversee day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the production team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Plan, organise, and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Monitor performance, set KPIs, and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain high-quality standards in line with ISO/BRC requirements and industry best practices.
Oversee stock control of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe workplace.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve operational goals.
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
About You:
Proven experience in a production management role, ideally within printing, packaging, or manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational targets.
Knowledge of ISO/BRC standards is a distinct advantage.
