Salary: €16.50 – €17.50 per hour (gross, depending on experience)

Join a Professional 4-Star Hotel Kitchen

A well-established and respected 4-star hotel in Ireland is currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team.

This is a hands-on role in a structured and high-standard environment, ideal for chefs who take pride in consistency, organisation, and teamwork.

You will work closely with senior chefs to deliver high-quality food across busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for your assigned kitchen section
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Ensure HACCP and food safety compliance
Assist with stock control and waste management
Train and support junior kitchen staff

Work efficiently during busy service periods

Candidate Profile

Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Senior Commis Chef
Experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens
Strong all-round cooking skills
Good understanding of HACCP and food safety
Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
Positive, team-oriented attitude

Flexibility to work varied shifts
