Property Manager

Our client iseeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join their growing team in Galway. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys managing residential properties and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Handling rent collection, arrears, and deposits
• Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Conducting property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs
• Liaising with contractors and service providers
• Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Irish residential tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Full driving licence (preferred)
