Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Preparation of meals and snacksCooking of meals and snacks
Service of meals and snacks
Kitchen management including hygiene control (HACCP Procedures)
Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met
Assist in the care and maintenance of equipment
Assist in the cleaning and maintain a healthy environment for the children in the kitchen and service area
Co-operate in fire drills.
Experience of menu planning, portion control and food ordering
A focus on minimising waste and delivering value for money
Excellent English and organisational skills
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Attend appropriate training necessary for the job
