You will be responsible to::

As an Associate Process Project Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering and operations — supporting and leading smaller, process-focused projects that deliver measurable results. You will help plan, execute, and monitor projects that improve efficiency, introduce new equipment, and enhance manufacturing performance.

This role offers an excellent pathway for technically minded professionals who want to move into project management while maintaining a strong connection to engineering and the shop floor.

• Support process improvement and manufacturing development projects from initial concept through to implementation and completion.
• Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables for process upgrades, layout changes, and new equipment installations.
• Work with cross-functional teams — including engineering, operations, and quality — to deliver practical, technical solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, risk assessments, budgets, and reports.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and dashboards to monitor progress against milestones.
• Support budget tracking and project cost reporting.
• Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and reports for internal reviews.
• Organise and document project files, ensuring version control and traceability.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical or logistical issues, and ensure all work aligns with safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote lean manufacturing principles across the site.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate::

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Process Engineering.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or process, environment — placements, graduate schemes, or technical roles welcome.
• Strong interest in project management and a desire to lead small-scale improvement or capital projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Confident working with technical data, process diagrams, and performance metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
