• Manage the construction project from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce management.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors to address project needs and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain reports on project status, including budgets, schedules, and resource utilization.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating contracts as necessary.
• Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner and in compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and quality standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
