HR Project Manager

This Role
The HR Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of HR-led projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. The role partners closely with HR, Recruitment, and wider business stakeholders to plan, manage, and deliver projects that improve processes, systems, and the overall employee experience.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Project Manager will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, balancing hands-on delivery with coordination, governance, and stakeholder management.
Work Location: This hybrid role is open to candidates based in Dublin.
Responsibilities- Partner with HR and Recruitment to plan, deliver, and execute projects across areas such as
- Policy development
- Onboarding & development
- Organisational improvements
- Systems migration
- Process changes
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, tracking risks, dependencies, and progress against agreed deliverables
- Prepare and deliver clear project updates, documentation, and recommendations for HR leadership and other stakeholders
- Provide hands-on project support and support to the wider HR function where required to ensure delivery and momentum
Requirements
Candidate Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2–4 years’ experience in an HR, Recruitment, People Operations, or project-focused role
- Experience delivering or coordinating HR projects, process improvement initiatives, or change activities
- Strong understanding of HR operations and the ability to translate business needs into practical project solutions
- Confident project management capability, including planning, prioritisation, tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS platforms, and productivity tools (e.g. Excel, SharePoint, project management software) is an advantage
