Role: Front of House Receptionist
Location: Dublin 2
Contract: 6 – 12 weeks, view to permanent

Days/hours: Mon – Thurs – 4 days per week, 8.30am – 4.45pm or 9.45am – 6pm

The Front of House Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients visiting or contacting the agency. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient front desk service while supporting the wider sales and lettings teams with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Experience
  • Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Respond to general enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and meeting area
Administrative Support
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Assist with document preparation (property listings, brochures, contracts)
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/property management systems
Support to Sales & Lettings Teams
  • Assist with property listing uploads to websites/portals
  • Coordinate viewing schedules and confirmations
  • Prepare client packs and marketing materials
  • Update property databases and files
Office Coordination
  • Order office supplies and manage stock levels
  • Liaise with service providers (cleaning, maintenance, IT where required)
  • Ensure compliance with office procedures and health & safety standards

Key Skills & Experience

Essential
  • Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
