Warehouse Manager
Location: Clonakilty
Hours: Mon-Fri & Tue/Sat rotation weekly
About the Role:Our client is looking for an experienced Shift Cold Store Manager/Supervisor to run day-to-day cold store operations. You’ll manage stock, coordinate product movement, and ensure high standards of efficiency and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control cold store stock.
- Track, move, and manage inventory to reduce wastage.
- Deliver excellent customer service through dispatch, delivery, and storage.
- Support and coordinate warehouse staff.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including health & safety.
Main Duties:
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
- Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the store organised, safe, and tidy.
- Supervise picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain dispatch records.
- Attend mandatory training (including Manual Handling).
Person Specification:
- Experience in FMCG/Food environment.
- Forklift licence is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, responsive, and customer-focused.
