As a part time team assistant, you will support design leadership and operations by providing comprehensive administrative, financial and project coordination across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive & Team Support:
  • Assist the UKI Design Lead and wider team with day-to-day operations.
  • Organize travel, onboarding, meetings, events, and general office logistics.
  • Maintain communication with CBRE Design Collective globally.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
  • Raise internal and external profile through social media, awards, events and marketing collateral.
  • Support team participation in industry events and community engagement.
  • Business Development:
  • Monitor opportunities (e.g., e-tenders), manage a pitch library, and support proposal creation.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental inputs and submission processes.
  • Project & Financial Coordination:
  • Support live projects with scheduling, document preparation, and client meetings.
  • Manage SharePoint, prepare contracts, and assist with resource planning.
  • Oversee interim finance tasks including billing, POs, and vendor setup.
  • Process & Culture Development:
  • Champion best practices, support adoption of new tools (e.g., SharePoint, AI), and foster a collaborative and learning-focused team environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience supporting creative or design-focused teams.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Salesforce; familiarity with design and architectural industry practices.
  • Knowledge of real estate is a plus.
