- Staff coordination: Assist in scheduling, training, assigning responsabilities, and supporting the team in meeting sales quotas.
- Financial Support: Aid in managing budgets, monitoring sales and financial targets, and supporting accounting functions.
- Inventory Assistance: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, conducting regular counts, and contributing to seasonal adjustments.
- Customer Service: Enforce exceptional customer service standards, establish criteria for staff behaviour, ensure security and safety mesures, develop emergency emergency and lock down procedures, and guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Loss Prevention: Contribute to implementing security measures, monitoring inventory, and assisting in strategies to prevent losses.
