About the Role

Our client, a leading and rapidly growing construction company in Ireland, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee modular building projects across the Munster region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality, award-winning projects across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.

• Deliver capital projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Manage projects from design phase through to handover
• Ensure all key deliverables meet client standards and specifications
• Identify and resolve project issues efficiently and cost-effectively
• Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Monitor project performance including budget, schedule, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards, and engineering requirements

• 3–5 year's experience in a Project Management role
• Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in modular construction (desirable)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results
