Sales Manager – Digital Advertising -German Speaking

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Manager or a strong Team Lead ready to step up into a manager role.

• Lead, coach, and motivate a multilingual sales team
• Drive revenue through KPI ownership, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Own team performance: 1:1s, call coaching, feedback, and development plans
• Identify performance gaps and improve processes and workflows
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent
• Act as an escalation point for client or operational issues
• Ensure SLAs, quality, and performance targets are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results

• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team (Team Lead or Manager level)
• Background in digital advertising, online marketing, or tech sales
• Strong coaching, people management, and performance skills
• Comfortable working with KPIs, CRM tools, and sales metrics
• Hands-on, data-driven, and used to fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
