Part-Time Events & Project Administrator (Remote, Flexible Hours)
Here at Osborne, we are hiring for a highly organised, proactive and creative Events & Project Administrator, on behalf of one our clients, to support their team through a busy period. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys taking ownership and has a strong eye for detail and design.
You’ll work closely with the CCO and Marketing team to support events, webinars and the rollout of a new website launching in Q1. This is a remote role with flexible scheduling, but you must be available at least 2 days per week.
Location: Fully RemoteHours: Approx. 16 hours per week (flexible across 2–5 days)
Duration: Temporary- 4 months (January–April)
Rate: €15–€16 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities: Event Administration
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for membership events, webinars, AI masterclasses and external events.Manage attendee lists, reminders, follow-ups and post-event reporting.
Liaise with partners, speakers and membership bodies.
Support business development with speaker packs, collateral preparation and event logistics.
Website Project Administration
Act as the project coordinator between the CCO, developers, designers and content creators.Maintain project timelines, checklists, tasks and asset tracking.
Ensure content, imagery, diagrams and copy are delivered on schedule.
Assist with page structuring, uploads and review processes.
General Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the CCO and Marketing team.Prepare one-pagers, basic collateral, design assets and supporting documents.
Assist with logistics, scheduling, follow-ups and general operational tasks.
Experience:
Strong administration experience is required.Hubspot experience is highly advantageous.
Previous event administration/ project administration is desirable.
Google suite and Canva experience is required.
Super organised and comfortable taking the lead on tasks.
Confident communicator who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable working remotely and managing their own schedule.
