Job Title: Plasterer

I am seeking a skilled Plasterer to join my Plasterer Company. The successful candidate will apply various plastering techniques to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to ensure a smooth, durable, and appealing finish. Work may include restoration, decorative plastering, and external rendering.

• Prepare walls and ceilings for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents.
• Mix plaster to the correct consistency and apply coats to interior or exterior surfaces.
• Smooth and level plaster using trowels, floats, and other hand tools.
• Repair and patch damaged plasterwork or render.
• Install or repair drywall (in some cases).
• Apply decorative finishes such as stucco, cornices, and ornamental plasterwork.
• Follow technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Clean tools and work/site areas after each job.

• Proven experience as a plasterer or relevant apprenticeship.
• Knowledge of different plastering techniques (e.g., solid, fibrous, skimming, rendering).
• Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
• Punctuality is mandatory.
• Attention to detail and a good eye for finish quality.
• Familiarity with safety standards and PPE usage.
• Manual Handling is essential.

• Work is typically carried out on-site in residential and commercial buildings.
• Can involve working at heights, in confined spaces, or outdoors.
• May require travel between multiple job sites, must hold valid driving license.
