German-Speaking Quality Expert Reviewer – Dublin (On-Site)

Work Model: Fully On-Site (No remote option)

We are currently hiring a German-speaking Quality Expert Reviewer to join an international team in Dublin city centre.

Previous Content Moderator experience is mandatory for this role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting quality reviews of global operational workflows
• Reviewing complex content moderation cases including sensitive topics
• Handling ID review & authenticity/access workflows
• Managing escalations
• Applying policy decisions with strong cultural and regional awareness
• Working closely with global risk and operations teams

This role involves reviewing potentially sensitive and graphic content.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1+)
• Good command of English (B2+)
• Proven previous experience as a Content Moderator (mandatory)
• Strong critical thinking & decision-making skills
• High emotional resilience
• Ability to work fully on-site in Dublin

Important Information:

• 4 weeks on-site training
• No holiday/time-off allowed during the first 8 weeks (training & onboarding period)
• Background checks required (Right to Work, Criminal Record, Credit Check & other relevant checks)
