Job Description

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

The successful participant will work under the supervision of the CE Supervisor and Chairperson and will assist with the day-to-day administration and communications of the Project.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Administrative Support
Assist with general office administration duties
Filing, record keeping, and maintaining documentation

Word processing, basic spreadsheets, presentations, and minute taking

Chairperson & Project Support
Assist the Chairperson with administrative tasks as required
Support research and preparation for community projects

Assist with updating the website and social media platforms, in line with agreed guidelines

Reception & Office Duties
Greet visitors and respond to enquiries in a professional manner
Maintain diaries, timetables, and records of queries

Provide cover and support to the CE Supervisor when required

General
Work independently under supervision and use initiative where appropriate
Meet administrative deadlines

Share ideas and suggestions that may benefit the Project

Confidentiality

The participant will be required to observe strict confidentiality in relation to all aspects of the Project.
