Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
The successful participant will work under the supervision of the CE Supervisor and Chairperson and will assist with the day-to-day administration and communications of the Project.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Administrative SupportAssist with general office administration duties
Filing, record keeping, and maintaining documentation
Word processing, basic spreadsheets, presentations, and minute taking
Chairperson & Project SupportAssist the Chairperson with administrative tasks as required
Support research and preparation for community projects
Assist with updating the website and social media platforms, in line with agreed guidelines
Reception & Office DutiesGreet visitors and respond to enquiries in a professional manner
Maintain diaries, timetables, and records of queries
Provide cover and support to the CE Supervisor when required
GeneralWork independently under supervision and use initiative where appropriate
Meet administrative deadlines
Share ideas and suggestions that may benefit the Project
ConfidentialityThe participant will be required to observe strict confidentiality in relation to all aspects of the Project.
