Production Supervisor

Production Shift Supervisor | County Limerick

This role will play a key part in ensuring production targets, quality standards and operational performance are consistently achieved.

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved
• Maintain high quality standards across all areas of production
• Ensure products are dispatched on time and in line with schedules
• Allocate labour effectively across production activities
• Provide coaching, support and on-the-job training to production staff
• Liaise closely with H&S, Maintenance and HR teams
• Ensure production teams have access to materials and equipment required for smooth operations
• Promote and enforce all health & safety procedures on site
• Drive communication, engagement and continuous improvement initiatives across the shift team

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar production supervisory role
• Previous experience within manufacturing, people management or process engineering
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Strong team-focused approach with excellent organisational skills
• Flexibility to work rotating early and late shifts
