To support continued growth and excellence, they are now seeking a Corporate Relationship Management Lead to join their team.

This is a senior, strategic leadership role ideal for someone with deep experience in the corporate pensions space.

• Lead and manage a team of Corporate Customer Relationship Managers.
• Drive business performance through strong relationship development with existing corporate clients.
• Design, develop and implement a customer development operating model for corporate employer relationships.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership within the corporate relationship management function.
• Work closely with large indigenous and multinational employers to identify cross-selling and growth opportunities.

• Proven expertise in corporate pensions and employee benefits, with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Irish corporate market and customer landscape.
• Experience managing relationships with large corporate and multinational organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement change effectively.
• Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
• Relevant third-level qualification required.
