2 x Chef de Partie required for Lorien Ranelagh Limited (t/a Cafe Topolis) located at Ranelagh, Dublin 6.
We are looking for experienced, creative, and passionate Chef De Partie’s to join our team. The primary duties will include: Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishesPreparing meat and fish
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
Managing and training any Commis Chefs
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Other General Duties.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience working with Italian Cuisines, be highly motivated, dynamic, and an enthusiastic individual, have excellent leadership skills, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Definitive knowledge of HACCP and Safe Practices at Work.Must be a good communicator. Night shifts may be required.
Salary €34,000 p/a.39 hrs p/w.
