Job Description

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

• Responsible for maintaining the hygiene and cleaning of the premises & its contents.
• Keep the HACCP controls up to date in the kitchen and work with other kitchen staff to keep cleaning standards up in the kitchen.
• Cleaning; - Maintain the cleaning standards to a high quality.
• To keep the premises, furniture and fittings and floors in a clean condition.
• When rooms are to be used, the Caretaker will be obliged to have rooms in ready for groups.
• To complete all relevant documentation as required under Health and Safety legislation.

• To report emergencies in the case of faults with gas, electric and water supply to the Manager.
• To comply with the requirements of Health and Safety, other relevant legislation and organisation policies and.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.

• The ability to work as part of a team and take direction
