Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Operative to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, capable of working in a fast-paced food production environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labelling of meat products.
Operate machinery and equipment in line with training and safety guidelines.Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the production area.
Follow all food safety and quality control procedures.
Support other production tasks as required.
Requirements: Previous experience in a food production or factory environment (desirable but not essential).
Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Willingness to work in a chilled environment.
Working Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm with Flexibility required during busier periods.
