Warehouse Operative / Driver | Dunleer, Co. Louth

Perform Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative / Driver for a well-established wholesale fruit and vegetable business based in Dunleer, Co. Louth.

This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start available. The role combines hands-on warehouse work with local delivery driving, offering variety and career progression for the right candidate.

• Preparing, picking, and packing fresh produce orders
• Assisting with general warehouse duties to keep operations running smoothly
• Loading vans safely and accurately
• Delivering goods to customers across various locations
• Providing friendly, professional customer service during deliveries
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Learning the role fully with on-site training and support provided

• Full, clean Category B driving licence (car/van licence)
• Previous warehouse or driving experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work early morning shifts and occasional short Saturdays
• Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn

• Morning shifts only: starting at 5:30/6am, Monday to Friday
• Occasional short Saturday shifts may be required

Location

Based in Dunleer, Co. Louth must have own transport to reach the site for early starts.
