Senior Chef De Partie Dunmore House, Clonakilty Bay, West Cork.

The award-winning MICHELIN Guide restaurant Adrift at Dunmore House is looking to expand our kitchen team for 2025. Adrift featured in Ireland's top 101 restaurants 2025 & winner of Food & Wine Magazine's best Hotel restaurant.
We focus on local produce for menus in Adrift, using our on-site coastal garden, while working with renowned West Cork suppliers.

We are looking for a Senior chef de partie. This position would be 4 days a week, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.

Job Description

collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff in developing new menu items, contributing creative ideas in fine dining cuisine
maintain high standards of food quality and presentation of dishes
oversee the preparation of all dishes
assist in maintaining kitchen inventory and order supplies
work with the head chef to develop and maintain food cost and waste controls
ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a senior chef de partie or similar role in fine dining restaurants

-experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

ability to work well under pressure

-excellent communication and problem-solving skills

knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
creativity in food presentation and passion for creating delightful dishes

Requirements

permit to work in Ireland
good level of English required
flexibility to work irregular hours, including evening, and holidays
