CPL Healthcare is excited to announce we have partnered up with a client who provides therapeutic care and support to children and young people in a nurturing home environment while providing safe spaces for children to flourish and reach their full potential.
We are currently accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals who wish to work as a Deputy Home Manager in a children's residential service in Ardee, Co Louth,
Successful candidate will manage the home in accordance with its Statement of Purpose and ensure the maintenance of a safe and caring environment in accordance with relevant childcare legislation, national standards and our clients' Policies and Procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification in Social Care or relevant at minimum QQI Level 7
- At least 3 years relevant experience working in children’s residential care (2 years must be at team leader level)
- Flexibility to work shifts if required.
- Up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding
- Experience of multi-disciplinary working with a range of professionals in the industry
- Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines.
- Full driving licence and business insurance
- Flexible approach to meet business needs.
