Relocation Consultant

Salary: €32,000- €35,000 depending on experience

About the Role:

Managing and guiding them through every stage of their move to Cork. From pre-arrival planning to helping them settle into their new home, you'll ensure a smooth and positive relocation experience.

• Build strong, professional relationships with relocating employees, serving as their main point of contact.
• Provide expert knowledge of Cork City and surrounding areas.
• Conduct detailed housing research based on client needs discussed during the welcome call.
• Accompany employees to property viewings, addressing queries and providing local insights.
• Submit property applications on behalf of employees and liaise with landlords and letting agents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local estate agents and property partners.
• Manage multiple client files simultaneously, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Support employees in setting up essential services such as PPS numbers and bank accounts.

• Background in hospitality, travel, or other customer-facing environments preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, and motivated attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full clean driving licence essential.
• Must have legal right to work in Ireland.
