Job description
Better at Home are looking for dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team in the Dublin area. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient, empathetic and have a passion for caring for others.Due to location of clients having access to a car is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingPreparing and serving meals and snacks
Light housekeeping duties
Assisting clients with mobility and transfers
Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
Pay: Salary: €30,000
Contract: 39hrs
Hourly: €14.79
Additional pay: Bonus pay
Performance bonus
Benefits: Bike to work scheme
Schedule:- 12 hour shift
